This sale is for a complete plastic shredder system with conveyor belts, magnetic separator, and eddy current machine in perfect working condition.
It can be used to shred all types of plastic.
The conveyor between the shredder and the eddy current machine has a built in magnetic separator.
The eddy current machine is great for removing non-ferrous metals prior to the plastic entering the bulk bag. The size bulk bags we use are 35" x 35" x 40"
This system was purchased new by us and was pulled from active operation due to a change in our process. It was used for about a year. The system is in excellent condition - physically and functionally.
Output volume is 2 tons per hour.

Comes with a power control cabinet to operate all of the belts.
A complete set of new spare blades that go with this system are included in the sale. Also included is a brand new belt for the main conveyor (ordered as spare but never used).
