PHYSICAL CONDITION: SCRATCHES / SCUFFS / WORN SPOTS & STAINS IN UPHOLSTERY / BROKEN PLASTIC TREATMENT PAN PULL

Testing Notes:

• All drawers / footrest / stirrups / treatment pan are working
• We were able to manually raise / lower the exam table the table to a seating / flat position without to much effort. (Lift up / down levers and manually lift or lower the exam table to a seated / flat position)
• Drawer heater is working
• Installed power outlets are working

Additional Notes:

• Upholstery has worn spots / staining (SEE PHOTOS)
