• Shipping & Delivery

  We ship SAME DAY for any orders received before 12PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 12PM EST will ship the very next business day. 

  We use FedEx for shipping, so please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address, as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• Privacy & Security

  Your order and information is safe with us. We do not share your information with anyone. Period. For your safety and protection, all orders are processed on our secure web server. 

• Returns & Replacements

  We honor hassle-free returns within 14 days after receipt. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to returning your purchase.

• Ordering

  Place items in your shopping cart and check out at any time. 

         Local pick up - You can order, pay, and come to our warehouse to pick up! All items for sale online are located at our A1 Assets, Inc. Processing facility at 2452 Lake Emma Rd Ste 1010, Lake Mary, FL 32746. We are open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM For pickups.

         Shipping - We ship worldwide. Please use the shipping calculator for each item to determine shipping cost to your location.

• Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  For online payments, we accept Visa or MasterCard through the PayPal portal (you do not need to be a registered user of PayPal to pay with your credit card). We also accept PayPal. We do not accept any other form of payment online.

• Viewing Orders

  You can log on and view your orders (past and present) at any time.

• Updating Account Information

  Sign in to our system to update your name, billing, or shipping information at any time.
