Surface Laptop 2 13.5" i5-8250U 1.60 GHz 8 GB Ram 128 GB SSD *TESTED*. Powers on without issues, the bios is clear of passwords and a stress test was performed to check internal performance. This item has some scratches and scuffing on cover (See pictures).
